We read your market, not your account
Google Ads Audit
Most agencies offer a free audit and mean access to your account. We mean a read of your market — what people search, who is bidding, and where budgets leak in your sector. We ask for no access at all.
The method
What the audit actually covers
Everything below comes from public sources and from what you tell us. Nothing requires a login.
- 01Search demandWhat people in your market actually type, in the language they type it, and how much of it carries commercial intent.
- 02Who is biddingWhich competitors appear on your terms, what their ads promise, and where their landing pages are weak.
- 03Where budgets leakThe waste patterns specific to your sector — the searches that look relevant and never convert.
- 04What you tell usWhat a customer is worth, how many enquiries your team can handle, and what you have already tried.
What we do
What you receive
Demand estimate
Search volume by intent, not a single headline number.
Competitor read
Who bids, what they promise, and where they are vulnerable.
Waste patterns
The specific searches that drain budgets in your sector.
Three recommendations
Written, specific, and yours to act on with or without us.
Budget guidance
What the market realistically requires to produce a result.
Channel honesty
Including when Google is not the right channel for you.
A ninety-day shape
What the first three months would look like.
No obligation
You keep the analysis either way.
The difference
An account audit, or a market audit?
The word means two very different things in this category.
The usual free audit
- Access to your ad account requested before any relationship exists.
- An automated report listing settings, generated in minutes.
- Findings framed to make switching agencies look urgent.
- The value of the audit conditional on signing.
What we do instead
- No access requested — not before a contract and not after one.
- A read of your market, your competitors and your sector’s waste patterns.
- Three written recommendations you can act on independently.
- And a plain answer when the channel does not suit you.
We do not look inside your account because we do not need to, and because asking for access before a relationship exists is a request we would decline ourselves.

Questions
What gets asked about the audit
Is it genuinely free?
Yes, with no condition. If the proposal afterwards does not suit you, the analysis stays with you.
Why not look at my account?
Because the answers we need are not in it. What you sell, what a customer is worth, and what your team can handle — only you know those, and the rest is public.
How long does it take?
We prepare before the call and deliver the written summary within a few working days of it.
Why would you give this away?
Because it is how we decide whether to work together. If the market read shows Google is wrong for you, we would rather learn that before a contract than after one.
What if I just want the audit?
Take it. The three recommendations are yours to act on with your own team or another agency, and there is no obligation attached.
How is this different from an automated audit tool?
A tool reads settings. We read your market: who is bidding, what they promise, and where budgets leak in your sector. The second one tells you something you did not already know.
