Transparent terms of work and engagement

Scope of services

TEMERALDS provides Google Ads management and digital marketing services under two main models described below. Service begins after a free audit, selecting the right model and providing a quote.

Our two models

Stores & showrooms model (Shopping/real estate/furniture/cars): the client provides a payment card covering the click budget + a website link, and Google charges the click cost directly. Services model (cleaning/moving/insulation): we use our own websites without selling them, the client provides a payment card and phone number, with monthly management under formal contracts.

Payment & ad budget

Click cost is borne by the client via their card and collected by Google directly during payment — not by us
For individual Egyptian ad accounts, 14% VAT is deducted automatically in favor of the Egyptian state, and Google collects it directly
Management fees are set by a custom quote after the audit

Campaign launch

After payment and data submission, the campaign is prepared and launched within 4 to 7 business days.

Results

We commit to a proven, professional methodology and best practices, but ad results depend on factors beyond our control (competition, budget, market, Google policies). We do not guarantee specific numbers, and all displayed results are real past cases, not future promises.

Ownership

Websites, landing pages and accounts we create and operate under the services model remain the property of TEMERALDS and are not sold.

All websites used for advertising or SEO/archiving are the exclusive property of TEMERALDS.

Cancellation

The engagement may be terminated per the agreed contract terms. Campaigns stop upon cancellation, and our data and websites remain our property.
