Answered before you ask
Frequently Asked Questions
What gets asked most often before a contract, answered directly. Anything not here we answer on the first call, at no cost and with no commitment.
The model
How we actually work
Do I own the ad account?
No. Campaigns run on the agency’s own ad accounts, which we own and whose history we know. Your card is linked to the account directly so Google bills you for clicks — not us — and you get temporary read access to verify spend and performance yourself.
Will you access my existing account?
No — not before a contract and not after one. What we need is what only you know: what you sell, what a customer is worth, and what you have already tried. The rest is public.
What happens if I stop?
Your payment card and site link are deleted, and that is the entirety of what we hold for you. No exit fee and no notice period.
Are you a full-service agency?
No, deliberately. Google Ads with SEO and AI visibility around it. We do not run social media advertising and we do not subcontract it quietly.
Do I need a website?
If you have one we use it. If not we build the landing page ourselves at no extra charge — and it remains our property, which is stated in the terms before you sign rather than discovered afterwards.
Fees
What you pay, and to whom
What does management cost?
From 7,500 SAR a month — or the equivalent in your own currency — rising with scope: number of campaigns, geographic reach, number of markets, catalogue size and depth of tracking.
Is the fee a percentage of my spend?
No. A fixed figure agreed in advance. A percentage makes the agency’s income rise when you spend more, whether or not you sell more — and removes any incentive to lower your cost per lead.
Who charges the click costs?
Google, directly to your card. Media budget is entirely separate from our fee and never passes through us.
Is there a minimum media budget?
We work with accounts starting at 30,000 SAR a month or the equivalent. Below that an account does not gather enough conversion data to settle in reasonable time — the fee is spent before the result arrives.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. A rolling monthly subscription. We suggest giving it three months because an account needs conversion data before it stabilises, but that is advice rather than a condition.
Results
When and how they are measured
When will I see results?
The campaign launches within four to seven working days of receiving your details, and first enquiries usually arrive in the first days. Cost per lead settles over weeks — the fair comparison is month one against month six, not week one against week two.
How do you measure success?
By cost per enquiry and its value, not by clicks. We measure calls, WhatsApp messages and forms, each tied to its source — because in these markets most enquiries arrive as a message rather than a form.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Anyone guaranteeing a number is guaranteeing clicks rather than customers. We commit to the method: tracking verified before spend, negatives written weekly, and a written report showing where every riyal went.
What if the campaign does not work?
We check the chain in order: measurement, then the page, then the ad, then the keywords. And if it turns out Google is the wrong channel for your business, we say so — it happens, and it costs us the engagement.
Markets
Where we work
Which markets do you cover?
Seven: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Each has its own page and its own build, because the auction, the phrasing and the currency differ between them.
Where is your office?
One office, in New Cairo, Egypt — and all seven markets are run from it. We do not work through intermediaries or branch offices.
My business is outside those seven
Our site temeralds.com covers the rest of the world. Write to us and we will point you to the right side of the agency.
Which currency do I pay in?
Fees are calculated in Saudi Riyal and paid in the equivalent in your own currency. We hold ad accounts in Riyal, Egyptian Pound and US Dollar, and place you on whichever suits your market and card.
How we work — in writing
Terms and ownership
We hold ourselves to complete clarity with clients. The clauses below set out how we work, who owns what, and the financial obligations — before any engagement begins.
- 01 AccountsAll campaigns run on agency ad accounts that we own. We do not sell, rent or transfer them to any party, and we never ask for access to yours.
- 02 On terminationthe client’s payment card and website link are deleted — and that is the entirety of what we hold for the client.
- 03 OwnershipNeither the client nor any third party owns any of the tools, Accounts or sites we use; they are the exclusive property of TEMERALDS.
- 04 Advertising and indexing sitesEvery site used for advertising or indexing (SEO) is the exclusive property of Temeralds.
- 05 Fees and currencyAgency fees start at 7,500 SAR a month, or the equivalent in your own currency. Click budget is entirely separate and carried by the client on their own card, and Google collects it directly — we are not a party to it.
- 06 ContractsFormal contracts are signed setting out the relationship and the obligations of both sides.
One set of terms, whatever your sector
The same terms, whatever your business
E-commerce, real estate, showrooms, dealerships, fit-out, clinics, home services and the rest — the same clauses, no exceptions.
- All campaigns run on our accounts media owned by the agency — never sold, rented or transferred.
- The client provides a payment card carrying the daily and monthly click budget, and a contact number.
- The campaign is funded straight from the client’s card, and Google collects the click costs — we do not.
- We grant the client temporary read access to the account running their campaigns, so they can verify spend and performance themselves.
- On termination the payment card Payment and site link are deleted — and that is everything we retain for the client.
Launch: once payment and your details arrive, the campaign is built and live within 4 to 7 working days.
The one exception — your website link
In e-commerce, real estate, furniture showrooms and dealerships the client brings their own site link, because the campaign is built on their catalogue or inventory. In services — fit-out, cleaning, moving and the like — we use our own sites, which we do not sell, and link the client’s card and phone number to them.
Financial detail
Campaigns built and run on our accounts
The agency’s accounts, not yours. Your card is linked to the account directly. The figure rises above its floor on five factors: number of campaigns, geographic scope (one city or a whole market), number of markets, catalogue or service size, and depth of tracking (per branch or unified).
Click budget is entirely separate — paid from your card and collected by Google directly. We hold ad accounts in Saudi Riyal, Egyptian Pound and US Dollar, and place you on whichever suits your market and card.
Fees start at 7,500 SAR a month — or the equivalent in your own currency — and rise with scope. We do not quote before we understand your business: we analyse your market and competitors free of charge, then give you one specific figure.
We work with accounts whose media budget starts at 30,000 SAR a month or the equivalent. Below that an account does not gather enough conversion data to stabilise in reasonable time, so the fee is spent without the client reaching a result worth having.
The client carries click costs on their own card, and Google collects those amounts directly — not us.
No one owns any of our tools, accounts or sites — all are the exclusive property of TEMERALDS.
