Ten sectors · one auction each
Industries We Run Accounts In
A sector is not a label on a case study. It decides what counts as a conversion, how long the decision takes, and whether the cheapest click is the one worth having.
What differs
Four things a sector changes
These four are why a setup that works for a clinic fails for a developer, even when both are run competently.
- 01What counts as a conversionA booked appointment in healthcare, a showroom visit in automotive, a viewing in real estate. Counting form submissions in any of the three produces a healthy report and an empty diary.
- 02How long the decision takesHours for a service call, months for a property. The attribution window has to match the sector — a short one hides everything that built the sale.
- 03What a lead is worthWhere order value varies by multiples, counting leads moves budget toward the cheapest product rather than the most profitable one.
- 04What Google allowsHealthcare and aesthetics are governed by advertising policy that suspends accounts rather than warning them. Copy is a condition of survival there, not a matter of taste.
Long decision cycles
Property, health and high-value services
Real estate
The area is searched before the unit, and financing terms are shopping terms.
Read 02Property developers
If you do not bid on your own project name, a broker will — and bill you a commission for it.
Read 03Aesthetic clinics
High client value, dense competition, and advertising policy that suspends rather than warns.
Read 04Healthcare
The confirmed appointment is the conversion — and most of it arrives by phone.
Read 05B2B and industrial
Few enquiries, high contract value. Three serious ones a month can outvalue a year of noise.

Legal, finance and consulting — trust is bought before the service is.

Retail, hospitality and education
E-commerce
The product feed is the targeting. A tuned campaign on a neglected feed sells nothing.
Read 02Hotels and hospitality
Sharp seasonality, and a guest who compares for days before booking.
Read 03Automotive
The showroom visit is the conversion — the hardest thing in the sector to measure, and the only one that matters.
Read 04Schools and universities
One intake window a year, and a decision made by a family rather than a person.

A generalist setup, or a sector build?
Both look identical in the interface. They diverge in what gets counted.
The same template on every account
- One conversion action for everyone — usually the form, because it is the easiest to install.
- Default attribution window, which is short for property and long for a service call.
- Every lead valued equally, so budget drifts toward whatever is cheapest to acquire.
- Copy written without reference to the advertising policy governing that sector.
Measurement set to the sector
- The conversion defined as what actually earns: a booking, a viewing, a showroom visit.
- An attribution window measured from your own data, not left at the default.
- Real order value passed with each conversion, so budget follows margin.
- Copy written against the policy that governs your sector before it is submitted.
And if your sector is not on this list, say so on the call. We have run accounts outside it — but we will tell you honestly how much of the advantage transfers.

Questions
What gets asked about sectors
My sector is not listed — can you still help?
Often yes. What transfers between sectors is the method: measurement first, structure by intent, weekly work. What does not transfer is knowing the auction from the inside — and we will tell you which of the two you are buying.
Do you work with competitors in the same sector?
Not in the same market at the same time. Two clients bidding against each other with one agency in the middle is a conflict no process solves.
How much does sector experience actually matter?
Most in the first month, least by the sixth. It shortens the learning period — it does not replace the data your own account produces.
Do fees differ by sector?
No. One fee structure from 7,500 SAR a month, rising with scope rather than with sector. A clinic and a developer pay by campaigns, markets and tracking depth, not by category.
Whose ad account runs my sector campaign?
Ours, in every sector. We never ask for access to yours, and you receive temporary read access to verify spend and performance yourself.
