What you send us
Name, phone, email and what you tell us about your business — submitted through the booking form or on WhatsApp.
How you reached us
The referring source, landing page and campaign, so we know which advertising produced an enquiry.
Site behaviour
Pages viewed and buttons clicked, as events rather than as identified individuals.
Technical data
Device type and approximate location, used to improve the site rather than to identify you.
Cookies
Including one first-party cookie recording how you first arrived, so attribution survives a return visit.
Nothing else
We do not buy contact data, and we do not sell yours.
Sharing and retention
Who sees it, and for how long
Data is shared with Google to the extent required to run your campaigns, and with the measurement tools we use. It is not sold to any party and it is not used outside the purpose of serving you.
On termination of an engagement, the client’s payment card and site link are deleted without a request being necessary. Enquiry records can be deleted at any time on request — write to us and it is done.

With Google as far as running your campaigns requires, and with the measurement tools we use. We do not sell data to anyone and we do not use it outside serving you.
What do you measure on my site?
Events rather than people: a WhatsApp button click, a form submission, a call — so we know which advertisement produced the enquiry. We do not store personal data in the advertising platform.
