The weekly work · a written report

Google Ads Management

Management is not launching a campaign. It is an interval: search terms, then negatives, then budget moved toward what converts — every week for as long as the account runs.

The method

What happens on your account each week

Four tasks that repeat. This is what the retainer actually buys.

  1. 01The search-terms reportWhat people actually typed, not what we assumed they would. Every negative keyword we write comes from this.
  2. 02NegativesIn an expensive auction, exclusion is worth more than a bid increase — and it compounds, because each week removes waste permanently.
  3. 03Bids and budgetMoved toward what converts and pulled from what consumes. Weekly, not monthly — a month is long enough to lose a quarter of a budget.
  4. 04A written reportWhat was spent, what it produced, what changed and why — in sentences you can read, not a dashboard you have to interpret.

The difference

Monthly review, or weekly work?

Both are called management. They produce different accounts by the third month.

Common

Launch, then review monthly

  • The account set up well, then left to run between reviews.
  • A month of search terms accumulating before anyone reads them.
  • A dashboard exported at month end, with no explanation of what changed.
  • Scaling proposed whenever performance dips, instead of finding the cause.
What we do

A weekly interval

  • Search terms read every week, and negatives written from them.
  • Budget moved while it still matters, not after the month has closed.
  • A written report explaining the decisions, not listing the numbers.
  • Scaling proposed when the data supports it — which is rarely when performance dips.

The difference does not show in month one. It shows in month three, when one account’s cost per lead is falling and the other’s is not.

Questions

What gets asked about management

Whose account is it?

Ours. Campaigns run on the agency’s own ad accounts, your card is linked directly so Google bills you for clicks, and you get temporary read access to verify spend and performance yourself.

What does it cost?

From 7,500 SAR a month, or the equivalent in your own currency, rising with scope — campaigns, markets, catalogue size and depth of tracking.

How soon does it launch?

Four to seven working days from receiving your details and payment. Tracking is set before anything goes live.

Can I stop?

Any month. Your card and site link are deleted, and that is everything we hold for you. No exit fee and no notice period.

Can I see the account while you run it?

Yes — you get temporary read access to the account running your campaigns, so you can verify spend and performance yourself rather than taking the report on trust.

What if I already have an agency?

We do not audit their work or ask for their access. We read your market independently and tell you what we would do differently. Comparing two approaches is cheaper than switching blind.
