Choosing an agency · Saudi Arabia
Google Ads Agency in Saudi Arabia
Every agency in this market says the same four things. This page is about the two questions that actually separate them — who owns the account, and how the fee is calculated.
Before you sign
Four questions to ask any agency here
Ask these before the proposal. The answers separate agencies far more reliably than a portfolio does.
- 01Who owns the ad account? If the agency runs on your account, they hold your history and you hold the risk. If they run on theirs, ask what happens to your card and your site link on termination — and get the answer in writing.
- 02How is the fee calculated?A percentage of media spend makes their income rise with your spending, whether or not your sales rise with it. Ask for the figure as a number, not as a rate.
- 03Who reads the search-terms report, and how often? This is the actual work. Monthly is a review; weekly is management. The answer tells you what you are paying for.
- 04What will they refuse to do?An agency that says yes to everything has no method. Ask which channel they would turn down, and what budget they consider too small to accept.
The difference
What most agencies in the Kingdom offer
Every line on the left is standard practice here, which is exactly why the right-hand column is worth stating plainly.
The usual arrangement
- Access to your ad account requested before any contract exists.
- A percentage of media spend as the fee, so scaling is always the recommendation.
- A dashboard at month end instead of an explanation of what changed.
- An account manager relaying your questions to whoever does the work.
- A twelve-month commitment presented as a partnership.
What we ask you to hold us to
- Our accounts, never yours — with temporary read access so you can verify spend.
- A fixed fee from 7,500 SAR a month, agreed before work starts and unmoved by your spend.
- A written weekly report: what was spent, what it produced, what changed and why.
- You speak to the person running your account.
- A rolling monthly subscription you can end any month, with nothing retained but your card and site link.
We earn less on large-spend accounts than the percentage model would pay. We accept that, because the alternative is a conflict of interest written into the contract.

Comparison points
What people compare agencies on
Timeline
The first ninety days — what happens and when
We promise no number on a date. But the order of work is fixed, and this is it.
-
Day 0
Setup and tracking
Measurement set before any spend: call, WhatsApp and form, each tied to its source.
-
Days 4 – 7
Launch
Account, campaigns and landing page live. First clicks the same day.
-
Days 14 – 30
First data
The search-terms report starts producing real negatives, and budget moves toward what converts.
-
Days 60 – 90
Stability
Cost per lead settles, then falls. This is where you compare against month one — not before.
Questions
What gets asked when choosing an agency
How do I compare agencies fairly?
On three things you can verify: who owns the account, how the fee is structured, and what the reporting actually contains. Portfolios and client logos tell you who sold well, not who runs accounts well.
Should I choose a Saudi agency or a regional one?
What matters is whether they know the Saudi auction — its cost, its phrasing, its cities — not where they sit. Ask them which negatives they would write for your sector in the first week.
Do you have Saudi clients now?
Every client we run today is in this market. It is where the method was built, and the reason we apply it to the other six markets rather than the reverse.
What does an agency cost here?
Ours starts at 7,500 SAR a month and rises with scope. Media budget is separate — charged to your card and collected by Google, with a working minimum of 30,000 SAR a month.
Can I leave if it does not work?
Any month. Your payment card and site link are deleted and that is everything we hold. No exit fee and no notice period — and we would rather you could leave than feel you must stay.
How long before I can judge the agency?
Ninety days. First enquiries arrive within days of launch, but cost per lead settles over the first two months — and comparing week one against week two tells you about seasonality, not about the agency.
