The region’s most expensive auction
Google Ads Agency in Dubai
Dubai has the highest cost per click in the GCC and the deepest bench of advertisers bidding on the same words. What separates an account that sells from one that spends is discipline, not budget.
The auction
Four things that make Dubai its own market
An account built for Riyadh or London does not transfer here. These four decide the structure before a single keyword is written.
- 01Two languages, genuinelyRoughly nine in ten residents are expatriates, and the same service is searched in English and in Arabic with different words and different expectations. One campaign covering both pays the higher auction price and serves half the demand.
- 02Cost of a wasted clickDubai carries the highest CPC in the region across most sectors. An unqualified click here costs several times what it costs in Cairo or Muscat — which makes negatives more valuable than bid adjustments.
- 03Free zones and licence scopeWhat you are licensed to do and where you can deliver rarely match the emirate’s borders. Targeting the whole of Dubai when you serve three communities buys traffic you cannot convert.
- 04Transient demandA large share of the audience arrives, transacts and leaves within a few years. That shortens brand memory and raises the value of being present at the moment of intent.
The split
Two campaigns — not a translation
Take real estate, the heaviest sector in Dubai’s auction. The Arabic searcher and the English searcher want the same unit, phrase it differently, compare on different criteria, and arrive through different channels. One campaign that mixes them pays the dearer auction and serves half of it.

Choosing an agency in Dubai
The market is crowded with agencies, and most of them work the same way. These are the three points where we don’t — and you can verify each one before you sign.
What you are usually asked to accept
- Access to your ad account before any contract is signed.
- A percentage of ad spend as the fee — so the agency earns more when you spend more, whether or not you sell more.
- A dashboard instead of a report: numbers with no explanation of what changed or why.
- An account manager who relays your questions to whoever actually does the work.
What we ask you to hold us to
- Our accounts, never yours. Your card is linked to the account directly and Google bills you for clicks — not us.
- A fixed fee agreed in advance. Lowering your cost per lead costs us nothing, so we do it without hesitation.
- A written weekly report: what was spent, what it produced, what changed and why.
- You speak to the person running your account.
And one thing we will not do: promise a position or a number of leads. Ranking is Google’s decision, not ours — anyone guaranteeing it is selling you something they do not own.

Straight answer
We have no office in Dubai — here is what that means
Our single office is in New Cairo, Egypt, and every one of the seven markets is run from it. We do not open representative offices, because an ad account is run from data, not from a postcode — what decides your result is who reads the search-terms report every week, not a mailing address in a tower.
In practice: meetings on Google Meet, day-to-day contact on WhatsApp, and a written report every week. If you need someone in the room in Dubai on a regular basis, we are not your best option — and we would rather say so before the contract than after it.

Questions
What gets asked before starting in Dubai
What does management cost?
Fees start at 7,500 SAR a month — or the equivalent in your own currency — and rise with scope. Click budget is entirely separate: it is charged to your card and collected by Google directly.
How much ad budget do I need?
More than you would need in Egypt or Oman, because the auction here is more crowded. We work with accounts whose media budget starts at 30,000 SAR a month or the equivalent — below that an account does not gather enough conversion data to stabilise in reasonable time.
Do you work with free zone companies?
Yes. What matters is whether your business can serve the customer the campaign reaches, not the form of your licence. And since the ad account is ours in every case, you need no advertising permit of your own.
Do I need both English and Arabic campaigns?
In real estate, hospitality and professional services, almost always. In local trade services, often not. We decide from search data for your sector, not from a general rule.
Do you require access to my existing account?
No — not before a contract and not after one. Campaigns run on the agency’s accounts, your card is linked to the account directly, and you get temporary read access to verify spend and performance yourself.
Can I stop any month?
Yes. A rolling monthly subscription with no exit fee and no notice period. On termination your payment card and site link are deleted, and that is everything we hold.
